Wendy Williams is a Naturopathic Practitioner and a passionate Herbalist. She has a degree in health science, which has enhanced her understanding of the medical model of science with the philosophy and application of Naturopathy, Botanical Medicine, Nutrition and Aromatic Medicine.
In clinical practice since 1997, a large body of her work has focused on women's health, however consulting in Wellness, the key to healthy ageing, is becoming the forefront direction of her successful clinical strategies.
Wendy has continuously lectured for 11 years in the Herbal Medicine faculty at Nature Care College, a guest lecturer at the University of Western Sydney, Australian College of Natural Therapies and Endeavour College in Sydney. A regular speaker at conferences, community gatherings and the YWCA’s Encore Program, a program for women who have recovered from breast cancer and wish to stay well. Wendy has an upbeat style of address that is entertaining as well as informative.
Positive outcomes achieved are through nutrition, making food your medicine coupled with diet management and lifestyle. All patients are treated as individuals and as such all treatment plans are personally tailored, as are all herbal and aromatherapy formulas.
Wendy’s philosophy in practice is to empower people by helping them to achieve and maintain better health, wellness and awareness of the body.
