Always tired even after a good nights sleep and you just can't figure out what's happening, consider heavy metal toxicity. Acute and Chronic illness is often linked to poor mineral ratios in the body as well as future health trends.
Modern farming techniques, the dependence on fertilizers, depleted soils, chemical food additives, and environmental toxins combined with stressful lifestyles has a detrimental effect on your nutritional status. The need to test and monitor is all part of keeping staying healthy.
